چکیده

Food waste (FW) is one of the main problems in world due to continuous increase global population. Anaerobic digestion (AD) FW was an alternative and economical solution develop effective method enhance biomethane (BioM) production that uses enzyme pretreatment hydrolysis by locally produced cellulase amylase enzymes. In this study, two types sources fungi (TNAF-1 TNFA-3) (TNBC-1 TNBC-3) strains were isolated from animal feed compost. The activities 300U/mL & 400U/mL, respectively. Based on OFAT results obtained, optimization three factors such as pH 5, TS 12.5% (V/V) loading 80U/mL carried out applying FCCCD under RSM a second-order regression model successful improvement reducing sugar 162mg/mL achieved. However, biogas yield optimum using parameters inoculum 25%, 7, AD times 29 days, 500mL hydrolysate food room temperature at 30°C (±2). show contained found %3 hydrogens, 57% methane 40% carbon dioxide. new are very potential for upgrading BioM non-toxic well biodegradable, therefore may be encouraging water treatment plants future applications.
